Prints

Our A4-A2 products are printed with high quality inks on professional 300gsm Photo Matte Paper in house by us. Our A1 prints are printed externally by a professional printer on 250gsm matte paper

Sizes

We offer are number of different sizes on our products. If you would like to arrange a custom size please contact us.

Packaging

Sizes up to A2 Prints will be packaged in a clear protective sleeve with rigid cardboard and then shipped in a mailer to prevent bending. Larger sizes will be rolled and placed in a cardboard tube.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are made to order. Please allow 1-3 business days for process and packaging for sizes up to A2. A1 size as this is printed externally please allow 5-10 days.

Shipping

We offer FREE shipping Australia Wide for all orders.

For international shipping the cost will be calculated depending on your location.

Refunds / Returns

We do not currently offer refunds or exchanges on our prints so please insure that the print you are ordering is the correct one. If your order does not arrive in perfect condition please contact us within 48 hours with proof of how the package arrived and we will assess the situation and let you know. We take no responsibility if you do not contact us within this time or if you have caused damage to the product during opening.
